The VicEmergency app is available for download through the Google Play Store.
Before you download the app, please ensure notifications are switched on.
Once downloaded, you must create a watch zone in order to receive location specific notifications when warnings are issued or incidents occur.
If you do not, you will only receive the following notifications:
- Statewide warnings
- Statewide weather forecasts
- Statewide Total Fire Ban declarations
- Statewide Fire Danger Ratings
- Any Code Red declaration.
The app is also available on iOS devices.
