The VicEmergency app is available for download through the App Store.
The Apple device and operating system requirements are:
- iPhone: requires iOS 15.0 or later
- iPad: requires iPadOS 15.0 or later
- iPod touch: requires iOS 15.0 or later
- Mac: requires macOS 12.0 or later and a Mac with Apple M1 chip or later.
If your device isn’t running the required version or above, you will need to update the software.
Some older devices may not be able to install and run the VicEmergency app. This is due to the device not supporting the newer operating systems.
To update the operating system on your device:
- Open the Settings app
- Select General
- Select Software Update
- Follow the prompts
The app is also available on Android devices.
