Changing to a new device means your phone or tablet’s unique identification details have changed and our server will be still trying to send notifications to your old device.
On your new device, please complete the follow steps:
- In the VicEmergency app, delete each watch zone
- Delete the VicEmergency app. Hold down on the app icon until it starts to jiggle and the X symbol appears – select the X symbol
- Restart your device
- Reinstall the VicEmergency app. The easiest way to do this is to open the App Store and search for VicEmergency
- Open VicEmergency, sign back in and create replacement watch zones
